This is not your typical white wine, but a complex and aromatic orange wine that will challenge your expectations. Rhapsody Orange is made from a blend of Riesling, Syrah Saignee and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Strathbogie Ranges of Victoria.

The grapes are macerated on their skins for 30 days, giving the wine its distinctive orange hue and tannic structure. The wine is then fermented and aged in neutral oak for six months, enhancing its texture and depth.

Rhapsody Orange has notes of ginger, spices, dried jasmine and chamomile flowers, with a savory finish that lingers on the palate. It pairs well with cheese, charcuterie, seafood and Asian dishes.
