NARNIA

Samai Kampot Pepper Spiced Rum is softened with coconut milk, brightened by Cointreau and fresh lime juice, then perfumed with aromatic kaffir lime leaves. Comforting, citrusy and a little magical.

BERRY ON THE EDGE

Fresh fruit meets a subtle savoury twist. Muddled strawberries are shaken with rum, Cointreau and fresh lime juice for a vibrant balance of sweetness and citrus. A delicate pinch of salt and a crack of black pepper round out the finish, enhancing the natural berry flavours and adding an unexpected edge.

Sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of Abruzzo, Fantini Montepulciano DOC is a beautifully balanced Italian red that showcases the richness and character of the Montepulciano grape. Deep ruby in colour, it opens with aromas of ripe cherries, plum and subtle spice. The palate is smooth and medium - bodied, with soft tannins and note of dark berries, gentle oak and a hint of cocoa on the finish.
